Day 1: Pick – Up from Entebbe, transfer to Kampala and then to Kibale Forest National Park
Arrival and a brief City Tour: As soon as you land at Entebbe International Airport, a driver from our business will be ready to pick you up and bring you to Kampala, the capital city of Uganda, where you will have a brief city tour followed by lunch at any hotel in Kampala.
Travel to Kibale: After the city tour, continue on the journey headed to fortportal and of course anticipate to reach late in the evening. As you arrive, check in at the Chimpanzee guest house for supper and overnight accommodations.

Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking and visiting the Caves
Chimpanzee Trekking: On Day 2 of the 3 Day Kibale National Park tour, wake up early in the morning, enjoy your breakfast, and then pack your lunch box and the drinking water to meet with your guide to take you to the headquarters for a briefing about do’s and don’ts while in the presence of Chimpanzees. After the briefing, you will begin your trek in search of Chimpanzees.
You will be assigned to a group after the briefing, and during the hike, you will be accompanied by armed rangers and a guide. This trekking takes approximately two to eight hours, and you are only permitted to spend one hour with the chimps, during which time you may snap pictures and interact with them. During the Chimpanzee trekking, it would be helpful if you could make an effort to follow the recommendations and directions given by the ranger. Make it a point to look for other primate species, such as monkeys, as well as plenty of other animals, birds, and butterflies while you are out trekking.
See the Amabere Caves After your hike, you will meet your driver to go to the cave known as “Amabere Ga Nyina Mwiru.” While there, you will learn about the history of the caverns’ existence. After that, you will return to your lodging for supper and to spend the night.
