Detailed Itinerary

Day 1; Transfer To Lake Mburo National Park And Boat Ride

The driver picks you depending on your location and takes you through a short briefing about the 5 day safari. After the briefing we set off for the journey heading to Lake Mburo national park. While on a journey we have a stopover at the equator and enjoy the experiment as well as photography. Later proceed to Lake Mburo national park.

After reaching at the park check into the hotel and have lunch. After lunch we go for the boat cruise on Lake Mburo where you sail on the waters as you view animals such as crocodiles, hippos, water birds as well as other animals looking for water. After drive back to the hotel and loosen up for dinner as well as a night stay.

Day 2; Morning Game Drive And Transfer To Queen Elizabeth National Park

Early in the morning after breakfast we head for the game drive experience in Lake Mburo national park where you will spot a number of wildlife such as zebras, antelopes, buffalos among others. After lunch drive back to the lodge for a refreshment as well as have lunch then checkout of the hotel

And after Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park and we shall reach late evening for refreshment, dinner and a night stay

Day 3; Morning Game Drive And Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel

After breakfast in the early morning we head for a game drive with the ranger to explore a number of wildlife species such as lions, forest hogs, hippos, leopards in the scrubby thickets, hyenas among others. After the game viewing we drive back to the hotel for lunch and wait for an afternoon boat cruise

At 2pm we head to the boat cruise at the magnificent kazinga channel where you look out for the hippos, crocodiles as well as a large number of the bird species. After the boat cruise we head back to the hotel for dinner and overstay.

Day 4; Transfer To Ishasha Sector For Tree Climbing Lions

Early in the morning after breakfast then have a drive to the ishasha sector for a game drive. The ishasha sector is a habitat to the unique tree climbing lions and these are spotted while lying lazily in the fig trees in the mid-morning. Besides the tree climbing lions, you can spot antelopes around the sector in Queen Elizabeth National Park. After game viewing, we return to the hotel for lunch.

After lunch we visit the coffee plantations and have an amazing aroma of the African coffee, meet the locals and interact with them. After we drive back to the hotel and prepare for dinner as well as the overnight stay.

Day 5; Travel Back To Kampala

Early in the morning after breakfast, check out of the hotel and return to Kampala. A journey that takes 5 to 6hours. Along the way a stopover at the igongo culture center in mbarara city a visit to the ankole culture heritage as well as the museum. After have lunch in mbarara and later proceed to Kampala and arrive late evening and be dropped off at your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe for your flight.
