Gorilla trekking: After an early breakfast at your lodge on day 3 of 7 days Rwanda safari tour, pack enough drinking water and snacks and meet your safari driver for a transfer to the park headquarters where you will be briefed about gorilla trekking in Rwanda, the dos and don’ts during trekking and many more. After receiving a briefing, hire a porter and follow them into the bush to look for the habituated group of critically endangered mountain gorillas there. The trip can range anything from a few minutes to over 5 hours, but once you find gorillas, you will only have time to interact with them intimately and take pictures for 1 hour in their natural surroundings.
