DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 1; TRANSFER TO FORT PORTAL –VISIT AMABERE GA NYINA MWIRU

Early in the morning after breakfast, you will be picked by the Uganda safari driver guide and brief you about the safari. After you will embark on the journey to fort portal. On arrival with en-route lunch, you will connect to amabere caves and waterfall. The caves and waterfalls have a historical and cultural information that is amazing. After you will head to your lodge have dinner and a night stay.

DAY 2; DAY EXCURSION IN SEMLIKI NATIONAL PARK –VISIT THE HOT SPRING

You will wake up early in the morning and have breakfast, check out of the lodge and head to semliki national park. Within the park, you will visit the sempaya hot springs which are the major attractions in the national park and the largest in Uganda. Both the female and male have a geyser that shoots up from 8 meters hole with 100 degrees Celsius. With such temperatures one can even boil an egg in just few minutes and it’s ready to be eaten. After you will head back to your lodge and relax for the next day activities.

DAY 3; TRANSFER TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK

Early in the morning after breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and embark on a journey to Queen Elizabeth national park with an en-route visit of the crater lakes. On arrival you will check into your lodge and later visit the katwe salt mines as well as the exploration crater lakes.

In the evening you will have an evening game drive where you will spot a number of wildlife species. After you will head back to your lodge have dinner and a night stay.

DAY 4; LION TRACKING/ GAME DRIVE AND BOAT CRUISE

After the early morning breakfast, you will go for a lion tracking experience where you will spot the lions as well as an en-route game drive in the kisenyi area where you will spot a number of wildlife species such as elephants, buffaloes, hyenas and all species of antelopes and the rare leopards.

After you will head back to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, you will embark on the boat cruise on kazinga channel for both wildlife viewing and bird watching experience as you cruise on both Lake Edward and George. After you will head back to the lodge for dinner and a night stay.

DAY 5; TRANSFER BACK TO KAMPALA

After the morning breakfast, you will embark on the journey back to Kampala with an en-route lunch in mbarara town and a stopover at the equator for the water experience as well as taking photos. After reaching in Kampala, you will be dropped at the airport for your flight back home.
