Bwindi impenetrable national park is found in the southwestern Uganda in kanungu which is famous for having half of the world’s population of mountain gorillas. DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1; TRANSFER TO BWINDI NATIONAL PARK
The driver guide will pick up from your location and brief you about the safari. Then start the journey to bwindi national park with a stopover at the equator where you will view craft shops and take photos. After you will head to mbarara for lunch and head to Bwindi national park. After reaching to bwindi in buhoma sector, you will check into your hotel and relax as you wait for dinner.

DAY 2; GORILLA TREKKING
You will have breakfast early in the morning and go with your packed lunch to the parks headquarters. You will be briefed by the park warden and then head into the forest to search for the endangered mountain gorillas. When the gorillas are located you will spend an hour with them as you learn about their feeding pattern, how they play, what they feed on, how they relate with each other among others. The gorilla trekking takes 2 to 8 hours. After the trekking you will head to your lodge for dinner and a night stay.
DAY 3; TRANSFER TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
Early in the morning, you will have breakfast and checkout of the lodge. You will embark on the journey to Queen Elizabeth which takes 3 to 4 hours via ishasha sector. You will be able to spot elephants, antelopes as they are grazing as well as the tree climbing lions. After reaching, you will have lunch and proceed to your lodge.
After, you will head to Lake Katwe which is a salt lake that was formed through volcanic eruption. While at Lake Katwe, you will see people extract salt from the lake. You will as well visit Lake Munyanyange that is a few meters away from Lake Katwe where you will spot birds such as flamingos, black winged stilt, and seagulls among others. After you will head to your lodge relax as you wait for dinner.

DAY 4; MORNING GAME DRIVE AND AFTERNOON BOAT CRUISE
Early in the morning you will have breakfast, you will head for the morning game drive where you will experience the lion tracking in the kasenyi plains, as well as other animals such as elephants, leopards, warthogs, buffaloes, bushbucks among others. After the game drive, you will head back to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you will drive to the magnificent Kazinga channel for a boat cruise. The boat ride takes 2 to 3 hours. The kazinga channel connects to Lake George and Edward. While on the boat ride, you will spot animals such as elephants, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles on the water banks. As well as the birds such African skimmer, long-tailed cormorant, pink backed pelican, kingfisher among others. After the boat ride, you will head back to the lodge for a relaxation, dinner and a night stay.

DAY 5; TRANSFER TO KALINZU AND BACK TO KAMPALA
Early in the morning, you will have early breakfast and checkout of the lodge. Then drive to kalinzu for chimpanzee trekking. After reaching, you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing by the park rangers. After the briefing, you will proceed to the forest to search for the habituated chimpanzees. Besides the chimpanzees, you will see other primates such as black and white colobus monkeys, baboons, red-tailed monkeys among others.
After the trekking, you will embark on the journey back to Kampala with a stopover at igongo culture center have lunch and continue to Kampala. After reaching Kampala, you will be dropped off to the airport for your flight or any place of convenience.
